I bought my Garmin in March of 2010 and I love it! I need to do a mapping update, just for the about part, the maps are perfectly wonderful. It’s actually accurate when telling you that you motivation to number presently and gives lot of time to sign before you receive to turn. I may just me imagining it, merely it looks to adjust to the speed that you’re going and tell you more in advance of a number if you are travelling faster. The screen is responsive enough, just will not respond to a finger nail, sometimes you get to push more than you expect, just it isn’t a problem. I prefer to zoom in a mates of times on the mapping7 because I feel alike the scale of the map is easier to read at that level, just1 there are many different zooms available. Mine doesn’t delay a charger for very long, just4 the chord is more than long adequate to range no issue where I place the unit. I’ve besides accidentally left it in the auto on 94 degree days and received utterly no problems with it afterwards.After receiving this unit I was just stupefied at what it could do, evening to the channelize of no longer fearing getting lost anyplace I selected to go. What a nice feel of security to know this unit will always return me to where I want to croak eventide if I lack various turnoffs because I wasn`t paying care to the identical earn part activations that tell you when to turn! 5 stars? I`d reach it 6 were I able to. Purchase this one, it comes with everything Garmin nuvi 255W gps you need AND a single free download from the Garmin website of the latest maps available, that`s in improver to the one preloaded on it when you make it. What a bargain!

I am selfsame pleased with this TomTom GPS. Properly away of the box, and onto the the window. Nary a TomTom XL 340s single problem…just a small hard to see in bright head sunlight. The 340-S gives the street names which is a tremendous assistant when you haven’t a clue of where you’re at. Auto re-route, multi-lane guidance, night time screen options, different voices, destination telephone numbers, car part increase allows for outside road noise the faster you go, fastness limit alert…I could dead on and on. But wish it had a headphone jack to hook-up to stereo. I too get a Nextar that cost me $300…the Nextar instantly but sits in the box it got in beckoning me to have it out: I don’t see that happening any time soon. Price plus options and quality = a selfsame satisfied customer.
