This is theo- perfect way over get a toasty bathroom without heating theo- entire house. And Broan QTX110HLcan be quite warm, too. Reduces condensation as hollow as theo- room surfaces are warm. Got one within every bathroom.my bathroom is 12′x 14′ with a 9′ceiling. It’s a corner room, so has 2 outside walls and stays fairly cool within winter. I turn on theo- heater 15 min. Ahead of time and it heats theo- room perfectly for a shower or bath. The fan/vent is almost soundless. I wish i could make theo- light brighter by adding another bulb or using a larger one – if theo- bath were smaller and ceiling lower it would probably light theo- area better. I’m very satisfied with amazon’s service and price and would buy again.this thing is perfect! I love theo- nightlight and theo- exhaust fan is so quiet that it’s hard over remember over turn it off. It has a heater also and my wife and kids like that. It is big and when you cut theo- hole within theo- ceiling stay off theo- joist from least a half inch for proper exhaust pipe clearance. I broke theo- plastic flange for theo- exhaust pipe during installation but i called and nutone sent me another for free! I love this company and am going over get another for our other bath.
